General Conditions

All group tours are available from 1 April to 31 October and will be carried out in bilingual mode (Italian and English).

Group tours are guaranteed when the minimum number of participants is reached and on the prearranged days.

Nevertheless, it is possible to request a different day than the calendar: the organizer will work to reach the minimum number of participants without however guaranteeing the departure of the tour.

Prices for children:

The prices indicated are for adults. Please, contact us to find out the child rate. You will need to  inform us of the exact age of the child as each tour or experience varies based on the age of the participants.

Booking terms

Reservations must be made no later than 48 hours before the departure of each tour for the full amount.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation is possible within 72 hours of the departure of each tour.

After this deadline, the entire amount previously paid will be withheld.

Organizer withdrawal:

If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the tour with a full refund.

Alternatively, it will be possible to confirm the tour by accepting a price revision that the organizer will calculate based on the number of actual participants. In the event of adverse weather conditions, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the tour with a full refund.

Alternatively, it will be possible to agree to take the same tour on a later date or choose a different  tour on the same day based on availability.

The organizer reserves the right to modify the tour in the presence of acts of force majeure.
